Celebrations begin at 8-9pm
Earlier if you live in the west. Later if you live on the eastern seaboard.

Bring whatever food, drinks or music you require. We have retro arcade games on the Paging Dr web site to amuse you. Use the chat lobby to discuss whatever you like.

We are proud to have supported hundreds of students in their journey to medical school. Thank you for supporting Australia's best graduate medical forum.

GAMSAT 2009 applications will close at 5.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 3 February 2009.

Late registrations will be accepted until 5.00pm AEDT on Friday 13 February 2009.

The GAMSAT boards are obviously very busy right now. Thanks to our GAMSAT veterans for helping out this year's candidates: Catherine, Butters, StewieGriffin81, Antiseptic, DC, Ikka, Aethenia, Madame Lash, ScienceGeek, Ellie, Tyc, cerevisiae, shambler.

Please continue to post your questions in these boards. Please remember that personal messages sent to staff members will not be answered.

Good luck to all new and returning medical students
New students can't wait to get started. With your freshly engraved stethoscope and your completed vaccination cards, medical school is now becoming real. No matter what your background, medical school is easy for a relative few. Make sure you take time out to enjoy extracurricular activities with your family, friends and colleagues.

It's also an exciting time for everyone returning to uni. The thing with med school seems to be that it gets better the longer you are there. Enjoy learning more clincally relevant things and make sure you take time to reflect on how far you've come! :)

University Q & A threads
We would like to put together orientation information about each medical school. If you are a medical student, please help us compile some useful facts about your medical school. The new Q&A threads forGriffith University and University of Queensland can be used as a guide.

Please avoid posting your personal email address on the forum
Some forums require you to register for membership before using. Paging Dr does not. Paging Dr is open so that our content can be indexed by Google.

The downside is that spambots are constantly visiting our pages. If you post your email address on the forum, it could get picked up by spambots. Then you'll be the recipient of emails from someone in a third world country, who has millions of dollars locked in a bank account and wants you to assist by calling this international telephone number ...

Copyright Infringement
Whether it is medical textbooks or GAMSAT preparation notes, please remember that we don't condone the distribution of copyright infringed materials. This could put the forum into legal difficulties.
